The period to ask for new temporary moorings authorizations with base in the Balearics is open

The term will remain open until December 31st, 2025.

From today, October 1st, the term to ask for new temporary authorizations with base and from the 7th list in the ports directly managed by Ports de les Illes Balears (PortsIB), directed to owners of current authorizations that expire on December 31st, 2025.

According with what is established in the 11/2011 Decree, from February 18th, the new request belongs to owners of temporary authorizations of use of moorings in base, currently into force, in the following portuary facilities:

• Andratx (28)
• Banyalbufar (29)
• Sant Elm (5)
• Ciutadella (113)
• Fornells (63)
• Portocolom (39)
• Sant Antoni de Portmany (221)

the requests will be available in the electronic offices of Ports IB (https://portsib.sedelectronica.es) and will also be presented in the central offices of Ports IB (C/ Vicente Tofiño, 36 – Coll d'en Rabassa – 07007 Palma).

To ease the procedure, Ports IB recommends carrying out the process online through their electronic site.

In any case, the users who prefer carrying out their request in person will have to provide the documentation in the main office of Ports de les Illes Balears before December 31st, 2025,  or through any other of the expected mediums of the 16.4 article of the 39/2015 Law, of October 1st, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations. In addition, it is reminded to those authorization owners who do not use their right inside the established period of time that they will lose their assigned mooring spot, proceeding to its eviction.
