The races will take place in the area of Playa d'en Bossa, with three scheduled per day, where the best sailors on the national scene will compete for the titles of Champion of Spain. There are two categories at stake, Senior and U21.
The Spanish Federation has set this event as scoring for competitors in the U21 category, so they will represent the bulk of the participating fleet.
As for the favourites, the sailors from the Real Club Náutico de Palma stand out with David Ponsetí, Tim Lubat or Pedro Conde, competitors who already know what it is like to win a Spanish Championship. Karol Krupski, from the Club de Vela Port d'Andratx, who recently qualified in the Gold group of the Princesa Sofia, is also a candidate for the final victory, as is the sailor from the Real Club Náutico de Gran Canaria, Viktor Kateliev, who has already demonstrated his skills in this discipline.
