STP Shipyard Palma and Marina Port de Mallorca bond with captains in an exclusive event

An encounter designed to strenghten the relation with captains in a private and close ambience.

Last Thursaday, November 27th,  STP Shipyard Palma and Marina Port de Mallorca celebrated an exclusive event for captains in the iconic Nobis Hotel, one of the new reference spaces in the city. 

The event, which was a private cocktail, reunited captains of both facilities, allowing to bond and enjoy a time with professionals that, with time, has turned into friends furthermore the work environment with boats.

The main objective of the encounter was boosting the natural sinergy between STP and Marina Port de Mallorca, two facilities of the IPM Group, that share numerous clients and that work altogether in their nautical operations. Throughout the event, the team of both facilities had the opportunity of talking with captains, exchanging experiences and sharing strategic lines that will mark the season.

During the event, Marina Port de Mallorca also presented the innovations for the next months, after the recent renovation of their concession. Even though the details will be shared further on, the marina advances towards an improvement and evolution phase that will reinforce their position as reference port in Palma even more.

“We wanted to offer a close and calm space where it would be able to listen to the captains and ahsre with them the new projects and future improvements for Marina Port de Mallorca. IT has been a perfect occassion to connect with those who trust us every year", Isabel Martínez pointed out, commercial director of Marina Port de Mallorca.

On his behalf, STP highlighted the importance of keeping a constant contact with clients that choose their place as maintenance and yearly repairs space.

“For us these events are essential. It allows us to speak with captains with no rush, getting to know their real needs and reinforcing the relationship we buil together every time they return to the boatyard to keep offering a maximum level service", commented Carlos Albons, Production Manager of STP Shipyard Palma.

The elegant atmosphere of the Nobis Hotel, accompanied by a detailed cocktail service, created the ideal scenary for a night focused on proximity, conversation and collaboration. An event that formed part of a constant relation that STP and Marina Port de Mallorca keep with the professional nautical community of Palma, and that every year has a special value for teams and captains.
