Marina Port Valencia took part in the Palma International Boat Show, one of the Mediterranean’s major nautical events, where it strengthened its international positioning and unveiled one of the project’s most anticipated developments: the future marketing of berths at Marina City.

The Palma show, which this year brought together more than 300 companies from the sector, becomes a strategic meeting point each year for owners, captains, marinas, brokers and specialised companies from around the world.

One of the main new features presented was the announcement of the sale and rental offer for berths at Marina City, with different time options of 10, 15 and 20 years. The proposal is designed to meet the demand of national and international clients seeking stability, a strategic location and a premium service offering.

Another highlight of the agenda was the attendance of the commercial team, represented by Andrea Mallavia, at the forum organised by the Balearic Marine Cluster, where key issues for the sector were analysed, including geopolitics, international competitiveness and the challenges facing the Mediterranean as a nautical destination.

“Palma has allowed us to see the enormous interest that Valencia generates as a destination and the great reception this new commercial proposal has received. The sector is looking for solid, modern projects with a long-term vision,” said Santiago Donat, director of Marina Port Valencia.

Marina City, located in the area closest to the city and designed to accommodate vessels between 12 and 130 metres in length, will feature one of the project’s most distinctive pontoons, as well as specific berths for vessels from 24 to 60 metres. It will also be the first marina to become available.

This new marina, which will be divided into Marina Norte, Marina Sur and Marina City, will go far beyond the traditional marina concept. It will include restaurants, leisure areas, coworking spaces and commercial zones, all integrated into a carefully designed landscaping project aimed at connecting the city with the sea, as well as a boatyard and dry marina.
