Sale and rental of berths at Marina Port Valencia

Marina Port Valencia moves forward with the sale and rental of berths across its three marinas

16th April 2026 by Agencies

Marina Port Valencia is taking another step forward in the development of the project with the availability of berths for sale and rent at its facilities. This process will be rolled out in phases, in parallel with the progress of the works, since each area has its own execution timetable.

In this context, the project is structured around three marinas, each with its own identity. Marina Norte is located in one of the most open and exclusive areas of the site, characterised by its spacious layout and direct access to the exit towards Valencia Bay. This marina will be able to accommodate vessels of up to 130 metres in length, in an environment that will combine nautical activity with office space, restaurants, coworking areas, retail premises and green zones designed for enjoyment.

Marina Sur, also located at the entrance to the bay, stands out for its versatility, with capacity for vessels ranging from 6 to 115 metres in length. This area will include a major technical zone linked to yacht maintenance, repair and nautical operations, with repair sheds and offices dedicated to the marine sector. In the future, it will also incorporate a dry marina, expanding the range of berthing and service options for boats between 6 and 8 metres in length. It will also be the space where much of the nautical activity will be concentrated, with the presence of specialist companies and clubs for sailing, rowing, kayaking and other disciplines, creating a dynamic environment throughout the year.

Closer to the city, Marina City, located in the innermost part of the port, will be designed to accommodate vessels between 12 and 130 metres in length, including one of the most exclusive pontoons in the project, the central pontoon, with berths for sale from 15 metres in length onwards for different periods of time. It will also feature specific berths for vessels between 24 and 60 metres, consolidating its role as a key space within the development and the first to become available, which is expected to be at the beginning of the season.

Vessels will have access to services such as 24-hour security, fuel supply, parking and environmental management, as well as other developments linked to leisure, innovation and nautical services… a 360-degree offering in line with the goal of bringing the city and the sea together.

The commercial team is already working to provide interested owners with information and personalised support, a process that will continue to move forward in the next phases of the project.
