Just as the 11/2011 Decree establishes, of February 18th, the new request obelongs to the owners of temporary authorizations of mooring use in base, currently operative, in the following portuary facilities:
The requests are available in the electronic network of Ports IB (https://portsib.sedelectronica.es) and can also be presented in the main offices of Ports IB (C/ Vicente Tofiño, 36 – Coll d'en Rabassa – 07007 Palma).
To ease the procedure, Ports IB recommends carrying out the procedure online through their electronic base.
In any case, users who prefer carrying out their request in person must deliver the documenation in the main office of Ports de les Illes Balears before December 31st of 2025 or by any expected way of the article 16.4 of 39/2015 Law, of October 1st, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In addition, it is reminded that those authorizations owners that do not use their preferent right inside the established phase will loose their assigned mooring place, proceeding to its eviction.
