The Club de Vela Port d’Andratx (CVPA) shone once again at the Inclusive Sailing World Champs by adding three new medals in their international sports success.

YOU HAVE ALL OF OUR FULL PROGRAMS HERE!Violeta del Reino, three-times world champion, and Jane Mestre, current Spain's champion, signed a highlighted performance at the Inclusive Sailing World Champs of the Sultanate of Oman by conquering the silver and bronze medal, respectively, in the Hansa 303 individual female class.
In RS Venture Connect, the pair formed by Pau Toni Homar and Ramón Gutiérrez, current Europe champions, was crowned runner-up of the world after achieving a spectacular victory in the last and decisive regatta of the championship, result that was enough to climb up positions and ensuring the podium.
The competition concluded as the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, a very important date for the cultural and religious community and considered by many as the beginning of the Christmas celebrations, took place.
In addition, the tean of the CVPA competed under the technical direction of Juanjo Beltrán and Ana Musatova, whose work kept the high-level shown by all sailors into a specially demanding edition.
The regattas, very competitive until the last of the nine celebrated races, gathered 150 sailors from 37 countries, all competing under the same support of World Sailing into one of the most iconic scenaries of Oman's Gulf: Mussanah, where the dessert and the sea are found under clear skies, light winds that occassionally reach the 15 knots and a sea in ideal conditions.
In total, four classes competed to the maximum level in a date that, in addition to crowning the new world champions, left images that showed sailor tradition and the spirit of overcoming that boosts inslusive sailing towards the future.
