Within the environment of Club Nàutic S’Arenal, their leadership, presence and contribution are reflected both in the daily functioning of the club and in its sporting achievements.
To mark the occasion, the club has produced a short audiovisual piece that can already be viewed on its social media channels. It features Ferrán Muniesa, the club’s manager; Álex Durán, head of sports; and José Reina, head of the restaurant area. Through their brief testimonies, they highlight the essential role women play in different areas of the club. The video emphasizes the excellent work carried out in fields such as management, administration and catering services, as well as their contribution to the day-to-day operations of an institution that organizes and hosts numerous sporting and social events linked to the sea throughout the year.
Behind every regatta, activity or gathering lies a significant amount of coordination and planning, in which the club’s team, and especially many of its female professionals, play a vital role in ensuring a close, high-quality service for members, sailors and visitors.
The initiative also recognizes the important role of the club’s female sailors, whose achievements in national and international competitions form part of the Club Nàutic S’Arenal’s honors board and reflect the talent, effort and dedication of many athletes who have taken the club’s name to the highest levels.
With this initiative, Club Nàutic S’Arenal wishes to acknowledge and thank all the women who, through roles in management, daily organization, club services and sport, form a fundamental part of the club’s driving force and help continue building its present and future.
