The ILCA 6 and 470 Mixed compete from today Thursday, day 27th, at the Canary Sailing Olympic Week, date that takes place in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and that will have representation of crews of the preolympic and the 2032 teams of the RFEV.

YOU HAVE ALL OF OUR FULL PROGRAMS HERE!From the preolympic team, Isabel Hernández (RCNGC), María Martínez (RCR Santiago de la Ribera), Lara Himmes (RCR Alicante) and Adriana Castro (RCN Torrevieja), and from the 2032 one, Irene de Tomás (RCNV) and Mallorcan Marga Perelló, from the Real Club Náutico de Palma, will compete.
In 470 Mixed, Silvia Mas, from the Club Nàutic s’Arenal, and Alejandro de Maqua (CN El Balís) will compete, both from the Spanish preolympic team.
The regattas will start on Thursday, November 27th, and will take place until Sunday, day 30th session in which the Medal Series of both olympic classes will take place, and to which only the first ten crews access.
The event, organized by the Real Club Náutico de Gran Canaria, will also reunite an international fleet of countries such as Ireland, Germany or Japan and it will be an opportunity for Spanish sailors to gain competition hours and progress in their preparation for 2026.
The preolympic team of the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation is subsidized by the Sports Superior Council, the Spanish Olympic Committee and Universo Mujer, and has the sponsorhip of Iberdrila and Quirónprevención. Azul Marino, Murimar Seguros, Nippon Express, Marinepool and Enovis are official providers.
