Titled “From Prep to Performance: Key Points for a Successful Refit Project Preparation”, the session will be held on October 21st at 16:00 (UTC+2), featuring Paul Grünig, Production Director at Astilleros de Mallorca, as the main speaker.
Grünig will share his first-hand experience leading complex, large-scale refit projects, offering practical insights into how early-stage preparation, clear specifications, and efficient communication between stakeholders are essential to ensuring a smooth, cost-effective process.
