AGENDA from July 25th to 30th: the 43rd Copa del Rey MAPFRE kicks off

To help you make the most of what the Mediterranean has to offer this week, here’s a roundup of the most notable events taking place.

Tomorrow, Saturday, July 26th, the starting gunshot to the 43rd edition of the Copa del Rey Mapfre, a prestigious regatta organized by the  Real Club Náutico de Palma that will gather over a hundred boats coming from different countries, will be given.

MALLORCA

Description: Every Wednesday and Thursday, summer market with fashing stands, accessories and decoration.

• LLATINA AND MESTRAL // (from July 11th to September 28th) – Organized by: Museu Marítim de Mallorca (+ info)

Description: The Maritime Museum of the Port of Sóller gathers from July 11th to September 28th the pictoric project that Alberto Baraya has developed aboard the Brandó, a traditional Mallorcan llaüt.

• LUIS HOMAR MEMORIAL // (from July 24th to 25th) – Organized by: Club de Vela Port d'Andratx (+ info)

Description: Regatta for Optimist, 420 classes and cadets, dedicated especially to the recently initiated in sailing.

• ES CALÓ WINGFOIL SERIES // (July 25th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic s’Arenal (+ info)

Description: The beach of Es Caló de Sant Antoni gathers a new journey of the competition for Wingfoil.

• LLUCMAJOR’S COASTLINE AND SEAFLOOR CLEANING // (July 26th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic s’Estanyol (+ info)

Description: In collaboration with Llucmajor’s Council and the Balearic Subaquatic Activities Federation, the club organizes the sixth edition of Llucmajor's coastline and seafront cleaning session.

• CLUB NÀUTIC SERRANOVA REGATTA // (July 26th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic Serranova (+ info)

Description: The club organizes a regatta for Láser 4.7, Láser Pico and Optimist classes.

• SANT JAUME FESTES // (July 26th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic s’Estanyol (+ info)

Description: The club joins the Sant Jaume Festes celebrations.

Description: Over 100 boats gather in Mallorca to compete in a new edition of this iconic high level regatta.

Description: The entity organizes an informative journey on streaming with the motive of the entry into force of the new Maritime Sailing Ordination Normative (RONM).

• NORTH SAILS SUMMER SERIES // (July 30th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic s’Arenal (+ info)

Description: The club celebrates a new session of its social league of regattas for cruisers and B/Ones.

MENORCA

• MAHÓN - SA MESQUIDA REGATTA // (July 27th) – Organized by: Club Marítimo de Mahón (+ info)

Description: Snipe class gathers in Menorca’s waters to take part in a crossing between Mahón and Sa Mesquida.
