AGENDA from July 24th to the 31st: the Club Nàutic Sa Ràpita bids farewell to its summer festivities

To help you make the most of what the Mediterranean has to offer this week, here’s a roundup of the most notable events taking place.

This weekend, el Club Nàutic Sa Ràpita puts an end to its traditional summer festivities with the awaited rowing event, an excursion organized by Blau Club that will go around the coast to Ses Covetes and will return to the club.

MALLORCA

• THE SUNSET MARKET // (from July 15th to August 13th) – Organized by: Puerto Portals (+ info)

Description: The organisation is hosting a new edition of its summer market, which will be open every Wednesday and Thursday, featuring a diverse selection of stalls offering design products, fashion, accessories and home décor items. 

• SPLASH DAYS // (from July 22nd to 24th) – Organized by: Jaume Vermell Nàutica (+ info)

Description: The port of Porto Cristo hosts the third edition of these sessions to exhibit a selection of exclusive boats exposed at sea as well as on land.

• 16TH MEMORIAL GUILLERMO MARROIG // (from July 23rd to the 24th) – Organized by: Club de Vela Port d’Andratx (+ info)

Description: The club celebrates a new edition of this regatta for the Cadet, ILCA 4, Hansa 303 Solo, Europe, Optimist, Optimist D and 420 classes.

• ES CALÓ WIND SERIES // (July 24th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic s’Arenal (+ info)

Description: The fifth session of this sports circuit for the Open Foil, Windsurf Slalom and Wingfoil classes, which will gather sailors from different clubs of the islands, starts.

• SUMMER MUSICAL // (July 25th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic s’Arenal (+ info)

Description: Music artist Moisax will perform live at the club's terrace, giving soundtrack to the best sunsets between sea's breeze and a unique ambience in front of the Mediterranean.   

• SARDINE BARBECUE // (July 25th) – Organized by: Club de Vela Port d’Andratx (+ info)

Description: The club celebrates a new edition of one of the most iconic events on its social calendar: the traditional Sardinada Dinner, a gastronomic gathering that brings together members and friends to enjoy a special evening.

• ROWING EVENT // (July 26th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic Sa Ràpita (+ info)

Description: The club is organizing this rowing excursion in collaboration with Blau Club, a coastal journey held as part of the Club Nàutic Sa Ràpita festivities, which will follow the coastline to Ses Covetes before returning to port.

• NORTH SAILS SUMMER SERIES // (July 29th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic s’Arenal (+ info)

Description: The fifth session of this social regattas league for cruising yachts and B/Ones starts. 

• ES CALÓ WIND SERIES // (July 31st) – Organized by: Club Nàutic s’Arenal (+ info)

Description: The sixth session of this sports circuit for the Open Foil, Windsurf Slalom and Wingfoil classes, which will gather sailors from different clubs of the islands, starts. 

• ARA MALIKIAN // (July 31st) – Organized by: Port Adriano (+ info)

Description: Lebanese violinist Ara Malikian, renowned for blending styles such as rock, flamenco, and tango, will be one of the highlights of the Port Adriano Music Festival, where he will deliver one of the first performances of the series.

MENORCA

• SANT JAUME FESTIVITIES // (July 26th) – Organized by: Club Náutico Villacarlos (+ info)

Description: The club organizes this regatta for the Optimist, Optimist D and ILCA 4 classes in honor of the Sant Jaume festivities.

IBIZA

• BEACH CLEAN // (July 25th) – Organized by: Oh Beach Ibiza and Bam Bu Ku (+ info)

Description: Both entities organize in Ibiza a volunteering session to clean beaches, which will include breakfast in Bam-Bu-Ku for participants.
