AGENDA from July 18th to 24th: the emotion of surf on artificial waves

The festivity of the Virgen del Carmen, saint of sailors, fishmongers and the Army, centres the events of this week’s agenda. In addition, Hadley’s Club Mallorca hosts the first surf on artificial wave championship of the island.

• OPEN HADLEY’S CLUB // (July 20th) – Organized by: Hadley’s Club Mallorca (+ info)

Description: First surf on artificial wave championship, which will take place in two modalities: PRO (mixed individual) and FUN (in mixed teams of 3 people).

• ES CALÓ WINGFOIL SERIES // (July 18th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic s’Arenal (+ info)

Description: The beach of Es Caló de Sant Antoni hosts  the new journey of this competition for Wingfoil.

• LLATINA I MESTRAL // (from July 11th to September 28th) – Organized by: Museu Marítim de Mallorca (+ info)

Description: The Maritime Museum of Sóller’s Port hosts from July 11th to September 28th the pictoric project that Alberto Baraya has developed aboard the Brandó, a traditional Mallorcan “llaüt”.

• DIVING WOMEN DAY // (July 19th) – Organized by: FBDAS (+ info)

Description: The Balearic Subaquatic Activities Federation organizes a diving and food journey in Cala Ratjada’s area.

• TORRENOVA RENT A CAR TROPHY // (July 19th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic S’Arenal (+ info)

Description: The club organizes a roquer fish fishing journey for the youngest ones.

• XXXI HIVERN TROPHY // (July 19th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic Cala Gamba(+ info)

Description: Lateen sailing boats will compete in the seventh test of the 13rd edition of the Hivern Trophy.

• NORTH SAILS SUMMER SERIES // (July 23rd) – Organized by: Club Nàutic s’Arenal (+ info)

Description: The club hosts a new journey of its social league of regattas for cruisers and B/Ones.

• REGATARDE // (July 24th) – Organized by: Real Club Náutico de Palma (+ info)

Description: ORC cruisers, monotypes and Snipe and OK Dinghy Class will compete in the fifth journey of the club’s league.

• THE SUNSET MARKET // (From July 9th to August 7th) – Organized by: Puerto Portals (+ info)

Description: Every Wednesday and Thursday, summer market with design, fashion, accessories and decoration stands.
