This month of December kicks off with two great sports events, ideal for those who love fishing: the 11th Sea-Coast National Champs and the historial Pep Amengual Trophy, two events that mark the beginning of a week full of proposals that you will be able to discover in the agenda of Passion for the Sea.

MALLORCA

Description: Over 300 boats coming from 21 countries will face each other in waters of Palma in this historical regatta.

• 11TH SPAIN'S SEA-COAST CHAMPIONSHIP // (from December 4th to 7th) – Organized by: Fishing and Casting Federation (+ info)

Description: The beaches of Palma and Arenal turn into the scenary of this national fishing championship in master category, qualifying for the world's champs.

• ORC SOLIATIRES AND A2 SPAIN'S CUP // (from December 5th to the 8th) – Organized by: Reial Club Nàutic del Port de Pollença (+ info)

Description:  ORC ships in solitaire and A2 gather in waters of Pollença to compete in this national championship.

• 42TH PEP AMENGUAL TROPHY // (December 6th) – Organized by: Subaquatic Activities Balearic Federation (+ info)

Description: Participants gather at the Club Nàutic Can Picafort to compete in this submarine fishing championship by tams in Open category, celebrated in honor to Pep Amengual, prominent Mallorca diver considered as one of the best of history of this sport.

Descripton: Over 40 boats gather at Puerto Portals to compete in the second session of the new edition of this league for the Dragon class.

Description: Fishmongers of the club gather in waters of the Portitxol for a new fishing journey, that will end with some snakcs, beverages, a barbecue and desserts.

• TARDOR NORD LEAGUE // (December 13th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic Colònia de Sant Jordi (+ info)

Description: The club organizes this local championship for ORC cruisers.

• CRUISERS LEAGUE // (December 13th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic Portocolom (+ info)

Description: The club puts an end to their Social Cruisers League by celebrating the last session of the 2025 season.

Description: Cruising boats sail again in waters of Sa Ràpita in the penultimate session of the year of the cruisers calendar of the club.

Description: The Fishing Section of the club bids farewell to the yar with the members who practice this discipline with a Christmas dinner.

Description: The CNA celebrates this squids' fishing text, a highlighted event for the ones who practice this discipline.

Description: Fifteen ORC cruisers gather in waters of the bay of Palma to compete in a new edition of this regatta.

• SEA KAYAK BALEARIC CUP // (December 13th) – Organized by: Club Nàutic Portitxol (+ info)

Description: Paddler sof the islands will compete in this new session of the Balearic League of Caneoing, hosted by the Club Nàutic Portitxol.

Description: The Arenal turns once more in the scenary of this iconic regatta, that this years hosts over 70 sailors in the iQFOiL, 420, Optimist, Techno and ILCA 4 and 6 classes.
